To guarantee your flat rate and driver availability, we require a minimum of 8 hours advance booking. This gives us enough time to confirm your driver, verify the route and timing, and send you the pre-trip text with driver details.

If you book with less than 8 hours' notice, we'll do our best to accommodate you by phone at (224) 421-0183 — but availability is not guaranteed, and the flat rate may not apply depending on timing.

Early Morning Flights: Book the Night Before

If your flight departs before 7:00 AM, book your taxi the evening before — even if that's already more than 8 hours in advance. Here's why:

• Drivers for very early pickups (3am, 4am, 5am) need to be scheduled and confirmed the night before
• You want your pre-trip text confirmation before you go to sleep, not at 2am
• It removes any last-minute stress from your morning

Holiday Travel: Book 1–2 Weeks Ahead

Around Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Memorial Day, early morning driver availability fills up quickly. These are peak travel periods, and 4–5am pickups get booked days or even weeks in advance. If you're traveling on a major holiday:

• Book your airport taxi 1–2 weeks before your travel date
• This guarantees your driver, locks in your flat rate, and avoids the last-minute scramble
• Holiday surcharges, if any, are always disclosed at the time of booking — never added as a surprise

Regular Travel: 1–3 Days Ahead is Fine

For mid-week departures, afternoon flights, and off-peak travel, booking 1–3 days in advance is generally sufficient. The flat rate is the same whether you book today for a trip next week or tomorrow for a trip the day after.

We accommodate same-day requests when possible, but it depends on driver availability and how much lead time remains before your pickup. Return Trips: Book Before You Leave

One of the most overlooked tips: book your return airport pickup before you depart. You know your return flight number. You know approximately when you'll land.
