Chicago Airport Taxi Ride is a licensed and insured airport car service based in the Chicago metropolitan area. We specialize exclusively in airport transportation — to and from O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW) — from every Chicago suburb and surrounding region.

We operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. Our drivers are local professionals who know the Chicago area's roads, traffic patterns, and terminal layouts inside and out.

Unlike rideshare apps, we use flat rates only. Your price is locked in at booking — no meters, no surge pricing, no platform fees. What you see is exactly what you pay your driver.

Our Vehicles

We maintain a fleet of well-maintained, late-model vehicles to accommodate any group size:

• Sedan (Toyota Camry or similar) — up to 3 passengers, 2 standard bags
• Mid-Size SUV (RAV4 or similar) — up to 4 passengers, extra luggage space
• Minivan / 6-passenger (Toyota Sienna) — up to 6 passengers, 6 bags
• Large Minivan / 7-passenger — up to 7 passengers, ideal for families
• Black Sedan — premium option for business travel
• Black SUV XL — up to 7 passengers, luxury airport transfers

Car seats for all ages are available for $10 each (advance reservation required).

Licensed & Insured

Chicago Airport Taxi Ride is fully licensed and insured in compliance with Illinois transportation regulations. All drivers carry commercial vehicle insurance. Our vehicles pass regular maintenance inspections. We are authorized to operate at both O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport.

When you book with us, you can verify your driver's identity through the text alerts we send before every pickup — name, vehicle make, model, and license plate, before they arrive.
